  An excellent way to teach your kids how to keep steady head during the golf swing  

The Steady-Head easily inserts into the ground via a small spear on the bottom of the foot-plate.    

The two piece telescoping pole is height adjusted by twisting the upper pole and unlocking the cam-lock.  Once you adjust to the height of your forehead, you relock the upper pole by twisting in the opposite direction. 

You then gently rest your forehead up against the cushioned head rest.  This provides a steadying affect and a reference point throughout the golf swing. 

You will quickly develop the ability to maintain a steady head and keep your head down during the swing.  You will be amazed at how much crisper and cleaner your golf shots become.
